Queen-sized bed with Tempurpedic mattress, plus a high-quality sofa-bed. Super-sized kitchen, wi-fi, television, phone, washer and dryer, heating and air conditioning, and off-street parking. Lushly landscaped. 10 minutes to beach, 10 minutes to the city. Surrounded by thousands of acres of parkland.

The space
A truly one-of-a kind, insanely colorful space. Artful details and architectural antiques abound. Kitchen has a big pink fridge, green gas range, chartruse coffee-maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, blender, pots, pans, and other basic cooking implements. Bath has shower and private toilet-room. Two closets, dedicated phone line, wifi, and cable television. Immerse yourself inside a hand-painted art-piece created by a life-long visual artist...(that be me).
Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the studio, patios, and driveway. The washer and dryer area outside is shared.
Interaction with guests
Your peaceful enjoyment of the location is of utmost importance, and your privacy will be totally respected. Owner or manager will be available if you need anything.
